1. About AKSE
AKSE is a digital platform that creates and publishes immersive virtual tours of physical spaces, including heritage sites, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
The platform allows visitors to explore locations through interactive 360° virtual experiences. AKSE also collaborates with organizations and location owners to capture and publish digital tours of their spaces.
2. Eligibility of Use
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the AKSE platform.
- Businesses or organizations submitting tour requests must provide accurate and truthful information.
- By using AKSE, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Use of the Platform
Visitors (General Users):
- Visitors may browse the website and explore available tours without creating an account.
- You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Organizations and Location Partners:
- Businesses, institutions, and property owners may collaborate with AKSE to create virtual tours of their spaces.
- Information submitted for collaboration must be accurate and truthful.
- AKSE reserves the right to review and approve collaboration requests.
Advertising Partners:
- Businesses may request advertising or brand placement within virtual tours.
- Advertising placements are subject to review and approval by AKSE.
- AKSE may decline or remove advertising that does not align with the platform’s standards.
4. Accounts and Security
Certain services on the platform may require users to submit contact or business information through forms.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate. AKSE is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted through the platform.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All digital content created and published on the AKSE platform, including:
- Virtual tours
- Photographs
- Videos and visual media
- Articles and written content
- Platform design and branding
is the intellectual property of AKSE unless otherwise stated.
Organizations and property owners collaborating with AKSE retain ownership of their physical locations and businesses, but do not own the virtual tours, photographs, or digital media produced by AKSE.
AKSE retains the rights to publish, display, and use this digital content on the platform and in related promotional materials.
Content from the platform may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission from AKSE.
6. Location Permissions and Representation
Organizations or property owners collaborating with AKSE confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to allow photography, filming, and digital capture of their premises.
By participating in an AKSE tour project, the location partner grants AKSE permission to capture, create, and publish virtual tours, photographs, and related media of the location on the AKSE platform and in associated promotional materials.
The collaborating organization remains responsible for ensuring that any permissions required from staff, tenants, or third parties within the location have been obtained prior to the capture of media.
7. Digital Content Protection
AKSE’s virtual tours, 360° media, and related digital content are protected and may not be screen-recorded, downloaded, copied, or reused without written permission.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of AKSE content is strictly prohibited.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of AKSE is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information related to the platform.
9. Platform Availability
AKSE is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AKSE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
- Some information presented within tours or related descriptions may be provided by collaborating organizations or location partners. While AKSE strives to present content responsibly, the originating organizations remain responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
- AKSE is not responsible for decisions made based on information displayed within the platform.
11. Termination
AKSE may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated. Access may be restricted in cases including misuse of the platform, submission of false information, or violations of applicable laws. Users may stop using the platform at any time.
12. Third-Party Services
The AKSE platform may include integrations with third-party services such as analytics tools, hosting providers, or embedded technologies. AKSE is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
13. Changes to These Terms
AKSE may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
